Refund policy

At Oli Blush permanent makeup shop, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our artist community. As a result, we have a returns policy that aims to ensure the quality and condition of our products. Please note that all sales are considered final to maintain the safety of our community.

However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a return is necessary. To be eligible for a return, a valid receipt is required, and the return must be requested within 30 days of purchase. If your item arrives damaged or in an imperfect condition, we will replace it without any questions asked. Please make sure that the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and provide us with a picture of the item along with the reason for the return. In some cases, we may request that the damaged product be shipped back to us, and our Customer Support Team will assist you with the return shipment arrangements. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If you notice that an item is missing from your order, please reach out to us on our Contact Us page within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the name of the missing product. Similarly, if you receive incorrect items in your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and provide us with your order number, a photo, and the name of the incorrect item received, along with the name of the item you are missing.

In the unfortunate event that your shipment arrives damaged, please take photos and provide us with evidence of the damage. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded.

If you provided the wrong address at the time of order, we will do our best to contact the courier for retrieval or address change in transit. However, please note that this is not covered by our policy. Customers with Route may be eligible for a one-time exception and receive a refund or replacement if the package is not delivered to the correct address. However, in all future purchases, please ensure that the correct address is provided at the time of fulfillment. Customers without Route are advised to contact the courier for any address changes or retrieval.
